In 2007, Marine Air Supply (MasAero) expanded its U.S. operations to include branch offices in Louisville, Kentucky and Thousand Oaks, California to serve the Midwestern and West Coast regions respectively. The move was a nod to MAS’s expanding OEM customer base. The branch offices were opened to provide our customers local sales and customer service access, available during local business hours commented John Mullen the Corporations President & CEO.
In 2008, amid a slowing economy and bleak wholesale market forecasts, MAS seized the opportunity to distinguish itself from its competitors by relocating and expanding branch offices. In a time when many companies were scaling back sales and customer service organizations, Marine Air Supply recognized that customers still expected and deserved excellent service from their suppliers. Therefore, in November 2008, Marine Air relocated its existing Midwestern branch office from Louisville, Kentucky to a more centrally located office in St. Louis, Missouri. The West Coast branch office was moved from Thousand Oaks, California to Irvine, California. Finally, two new branch offices were opened, one in Sacramento, California to serve Northern California and the Pacific Northwest and the other in Orlando, Florida to better serve the southeastern customer base.
The result is improved customer access says Mullen, operational hours from 8:00 am EST till 4:30 pm PST, better market visibility, and confirmation of Marine Air Supply’s commitment to providing excellent customer service to its growing base of loyal customers.
